Not comfortable going to big gym and training around others?.. no worries We have got you covered train 1 on 1 with one of our certified trainer or bring a close friend or 3 to join you! 

 

PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

If you have specific goals in mind or areas of interest that you would like to work on, individual coaching is a great option for you. Work one-on-one with an experienced coach to help execute a plan and motivate you to reach your desired fitness level.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

If you enjoy having training partners and would still like have an individual program with shared coaching this option would suit you. It provides a more cost-effective alternative while still working to achieve personal fitness goals and receive guidance from a coach based on your need. Small groups of 2-4 provide great encouragement when working to a personal fitness goal.
