Designed for young athletes, the U13 Development Program focuses on movement quality, strength fundamentals, and building confidence with skills. Small-group training ensures proper technique, safe progression, and a strong foundation for long-term athletic development.

Cancellation Policy
Individual Bookings: Individual sessions must be cancelled minimum 72 hours in advance, for a full refund. You may cancel by phone, email, or online here. If you have to cancel your session with less then 72 hours, we offer you a credit to your account as long as it is still 24 hours before the sesion. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 24 hours, you will lose the payment for the session. When you register for an individual session you agree to these terms. Course Program Bookings: Due to limited spots, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before the course start date. This gives us the opportunity to fill the spot. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your course, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future course. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the course. If you miss an individual class, that class will not be rescheduled or refunded. When you register for a course, you agree to these terms.
