Facility Requirements & Policies

Equipment Standards

  • Facility Equipment: Standard baseballs and hockey pucks provided.
  • Safety Netting: Pro-grade high-impact barriers in all lanes.
  • Personal Gear: Bring your own bats, sticks, helmets, and gloves.
  • Mandatory Footwear: Clean indoor athletic shoes only.

Duty of Care & Liability

  • Duty of Care: Users must maintain a safe training environment.
  • Damage Liability: Renters are legally responsible for facility or equipment damage.
  • Personal Property: HSC is not liable for lost or damaged belongings.

Supervision Policies

  • Age Policy: Adult supervision is mandatory for athletes 15 and under.
  • Presence: Supervisors must remain at the lane/cage at all times.
  • Elite Conduct: Professional focus required; horseplay is prohibited.

Show up 10-15 minutes early to ensure you are fully prepared and geared up for your session start time.

Access & Protocol

  • Drop-In Priority Lanes operate on a scheduled basis. You can see the booking schedule below and find your time.
  • Self-Directed Performance Uncoached zone designed for personal skill repetition. All nets and pucks provided.
  • Required Equipment Athletes must bring their own sticks and gloves. Helmets are strongly recommended.

Liability

  • Athlete Conduct Players and parents assume full responsibility for safe facility conduct.
  • Damages Users are held strictly liable for any damage to lane infrastructure or electronics.
  • Pre-Session Check Please report any equipment issues to staff immediately upon arrival.

Refund & Rescheduling

Rescheduling requires a direct call to the facility.
Refunds are processed on a scaled notice-period basis.
