1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, registering for training camps, booking facilities, or purchasing programming from HSC Hockey Skills Camrose ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations in Canada and the Province of Alberta, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the website or facility services shall be instituted in a provincial or federal court located in Alberta.

3. Accounts & Registrations

When you create an account or register an athlete for our packages (including U13, U15, U18, and Junior divisions), you guarantee that the information provided is accurate and current. Registrations for minors under the age of 18 must be completed by a parent or legal guardian who accepts full financial and legal responsibility on behalf of the participant.

4. Fees, Billing, & Stripe Payment Portal

All prices listed on our platform are denominated in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes (GST). We utilize Stripe as our third-party secure payment gateway processor. By setting up recurring subscriptions or executing physical purchases, you agree to the following:

• Your payment processing is subject to the Stripe Services Agreement (Stripe Terms of Service).
• You authorize us to store payment tokens and automatically charge designated credit cards monthly for active package subscriptions.
• Incomplete, failed, or disputed charges via Stripe must be settled promptly to preserve active scheduling spaces inside the facility.

5. Camp Schedules, Rollovers, & Pro-rating

As noted across our training notices, structured camps kick off on June 1st. Late sign-ups are accommodateable on a pro-rated infrastructure. Remaining training sessions may be structured to roll over into subsequent slots to guarantee fulfillment of your elite training windows. Training allocations must be coordinated directly through our program managers and are non-transferable.

6. Liability Waiver & Facility Rules

Athletic performance training inherently carries physical risks. Participation in on-ice or off-ice programming, open gym use, or physical shooting range lane utilization is at the absolute discretion and risk of the participant/guardian. You agree to follow all safety policies, equipment protocols, and coaching instructions while utilizing our premises.

7. Online Consumer Protection (Alberta Laws)

In accordance with the Alberta Consumer Protection Act , we maintain transparent fee transparency, billing disclosures, and cancelation guidelines before services are finalized. Online memberships or digital workout tracking profiles can be adjusted or cancelled based on the terms specified inside your selected monthly package agreement.

8. Intellectual Property & Digital Materials

All custom 5x weekly workout programming, athletic tracking design logic, performance reports, logo configurations, text, graphics, and video media hosted on this website are the intellectual property of HSC Hockey Skills Camrose. Unauthorized replication, sale, or distribution of our remote workout blueprints is strictly prohibited.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the operational right to revise or update these terms at any given interval without prior broadcast notification. By continuing to access our digital platforms or checking into facility lanes following updates, you implicitly bind yourself to the revised iteration of this agreement.
